Synesthesia Crystal Tenor customizations

Hi,

   I was looking at this ocarina, and I really was looking for a 6 holed one, but it appears the only one is an tenor F, and I was interested in a tenor G (assuming that the pantatonic isn't a 6 hole- sounds like it would be a 5 hole). Is there a way to make one that has 6 holes, but in a G? Thank you.
